The latest Evoloution
The Redspeed RX R is the latest evolution from the prestigious OTK kart brand in Italy. Rebranded in 2021, the kart features all the high quality components expected from any kart within tony kart brand.
The chassis itself maintains an unchanged geometric design, utilising the same 30mm Molybdenum chrome tubing, however a decisive componentry upgrade drives the kart forward.
The No.1 Breaking System
The Redspeed RX R continues on with the highly successful BSD Breaking system that has been successful since its first season in 2017. This braking system is utilised all across the world and developed in joint partnership between the OTK race teams and the R&D Department of the OTK Group. The result of this development, is a system composed of a brake caliper forged from a single piece, equipped with 2 pistons of 34.5mm, with brake movement recovery and completed with brake lines of the latest generation and DOT 5.1 brake fluid. The BSD model is optimized for the direct-drive categories and has proved it’s effectiveness by winning the world championship on multiple occasions.
Braking The Wind
The aerodynamic development achieved by the technicians of the Research and Development Department of the OTK Kart Group is very important in a sport that is measured in thousands of a second. The height of this work is the M7 nassau panel, whose shapes are characterized by a unique design, clearly showing revolutionary solutions for karting. The M7 nassau panel was designed along with the integrated floor plate, a special type of floor plate whose configuration completely seals the frame frontal area, considerably improving the aerodynamic output, especially on high speed tracks.
Maximum Grip
Within the OTK Kart Group every single process is attended to even down to the smallest detail, because we are convinced that only by doing this we can guarantee a constant evolution and continuous improvements of our products. From this attention to detail comes the HGS steering wheel for the Redspeed RX R, perfected in design and characterized by a new rubber high-grip that gives the driver greater feel and sensitivity when driving. A new inclined steering hub boss is also fitted to the wheel, making it possible to perfectly adapt to the driver’s seating position behind the wheel.

The karts developed by the OTK brand are the same chassis that are used in every class around the world as well as in the highly successful race teams of the brand.
